Construction is typically 6–10 weeks. It varies by layout, building type and access. Cabinet and appliance lead times are locked before demo so the build is not waiting on deliveries.
Do I need a permit for a kitchen remodel in Naples?+
Most kitchen remodels that move plumbing, electrical or walls need a county permit. We prepare and file Collier County or Lee County sets and walk the inspections. We do not publish a license number.
Can you remodel a kitchen in a Naples condo?+
Yes. The board packet goes in before demolition. Pelican Bay is a published community we serve; we do not invent another building's rules.
